Clearpoint Capital, operated by Clearpoint Finance ltd (UK), claims to be regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), under reference number 932786.
We searched UK FCA and found a company named "Clearpoint Finance ltd" that once was registered as an Appointed Representative in UK FCA. However, no information can prove the relationship between Clearpoint Capital and the company. Moreover, we found a warning against this broker in UK FCA. The UK regulators warned that Clearpoint Capital is a clone firm. The fraudsters are using the details of firms UK FCA authorise to try to convince people that it works for a genuine, authorised firm.
Clearpoint Capital also claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (Bahamas SCB). So we searched the three regulators but found no results that matched this broker. That means Clearpoint Capital is not authorized to provide financial services by any of the regulators.
