    CliqFX claims to provide forex, stock index, precious metals, and other trading services but not mentioning any information about its authorizations or regulations. Lacking regulatory information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their certificates and licenses in a prominent position.

    Besides, CliqFX shows its company address is in Hong Kong. As per relevant law, all regulated forex brokers in Hong Kong should be monitored by the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (SFC). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in SFC. The truth is, CliqFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
