It solicits investors in the name of a CNMV-licensed company ALPHA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP, EAF, S.L. to get an advantage. In fact, Clone Alpha Capital is not authorised to provide investment services and activities by the Spanish financial watchdog and is not related to the abovementioned licensee.
In essence, Clone Alpha Capital is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
