According to its website, it claims that the company was established in the UK in 2006 and registered with Companies House (CH). Upon investigation, we found that its domain name was only created in 2025. Furthermore, CH only represents company registration and does not have the authority to regulate forex. To obtain the right to conduct forex in the UK, one must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Ridiculously, we found that system-capital.org does not match the websites of FCA-registered brokers, clearly indicating that system-capital.org stole information from compliant brokers to impersonate its legitimacy. Notably, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning against system-capital.org for the lack of the required authorization.
