CMC GLOBAL MARKETS claims to be a licensed broker under multiple regulations including: 

 1) Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), No. 150/11 and No. 192/12;

 2) the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission(VFSC), No. 17933;

 3) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), No. 580193 and No.777944;

 4) the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), No. 126399;

 5) the France ACPR, No. 74013 (Not a forex regulator, so we searched AMF - the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers);

 6) the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), No. 3317; 

 7) the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, No. 46687;

 8) the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC), No. C113013397.

However, we did find any information that can prove the accreditations or licenses of this company on the above forex regulators' websites. That means the broker is not authorized by them to provide financial services. 

Moreover, FCA issued a warning that CMC GLOBAL MARKETS was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

The truth is that CMC GLOBAL MARKETS is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
