It claims to be regulated by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) on its website, but ironically, we discovered that the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued a warning against CME Globex, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization.
In essence, CME Globex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. CME Globex appears to be a scam.
