    According to its website, Coins.ph is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). However, after verification, it was found that the Philippines has no rules regarding commodity futures contracts (including foreign exchange). In other words, the Philippines does not regulate foreign exchange, so it does not have the qualifications for foreign exchange transactions.

    The truth is that Coins.ph is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. 

    Therefore, Coins.ph is a scam.
