Confidential Global Fx claims to be a trusted broker while provides zero details about its regulatory status, a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. As per UK law, brokers operating in the UK must be authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in order to offer financial services or products. However, when searching the FCA registry for this UK-based broker, we found that it was listed as an unauthorized firm by the authority.
The truth is, Confidential Global Fx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
