Cromvox claims to be owned and operated by Crom Consultancy Ltd, a company supposedly registered with Companies House with company number being 8591566. However, it should be noted that Companies House is only a registrar of companies in the UK and has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. This broker is trying to fool unsuspecting investors using a certificate of incorporation. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK financial regulator, has issued a warning against Cromvox, revealing that it might be providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization.
The truth is, Cromvox is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
