CryptospotFX claims to be a licensed broker under the regulation of Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), and the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), with AFSL No. 705678 and CySEC license number 6738/116.
First, we searched ASIC and CySEC but did find results. That means the broker is not regulated by the regulatory bodies.
In addition, we searched UK FCA and found a warning against the company. FCA issued a warning that CryptospotFX was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that CryptospotFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
