Dakken Group claims it is owned and operated by Clandestiny Group LLC, a company registered in the St Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under the registration number: 1342 LLC 2021. We did find a match result to Clandestiny Group LLC. But as forex traders, you should know that SVG FSA does neither issue any licenses for forex trading nor regulate any forex activities. Having registration in SVG FSA does not mean having any regulation. This broker is merely a regulated firm that operates under no regulations.
What's more, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide forex investments and services. So Dakken Group is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
