Dash Fx Trade claims to be registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with registration number 24986 IBC 2018. We searched the number inSVG FSA and found a company named TIO Markets Ltd. However, SVG FSA does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. So having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
Dash Fx Trade also claims to be located in the USA. As per the laws of United States, Dash Fx Trade shall be authorized by the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States to provide forex services. However, we did not find any matching results in NFA. That means Dash Fx Trade is not regulated in the USA.
Moreover, the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) issued a warning that Dash Fx Trade is providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
