However, when searching on the website of the CH, we found this firm's confirmation statement was overdue. Furthermore, it should be noted that the CH is responsible for incorporating and dissolving limited companies in the UK and it does not have the legal authority to issue forex licenses or regulate forex activities. More importantly, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK financial regulator, has issued a warning against Dazon-Capital for its offering of financial services or products in the UK without authorization. Meanwhile, the FCA pointed out this broker's potential name—Damon-Capital and Cointradex—to caution investors.
The truth is, Dazon-Capital is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
