However, our investigation reveals that the company is not registered or authorized with the National Futures Association (NFA) in the US or the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. This lack of authorization raises serious concerns about its operational legitimacy. Deltin Altrox Capital has obtained an MSB (Money Services Business) registration from the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). However, FinCEN does not regulate or supervise forex trading activities, and an MSB registration offers no investor protection. Therefore, Deltin Altrox Capital appears to a scam.
