Des Trading claims to be an educational company in the UK that is not required to be regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) but is regulated by Companies House (CH).
First, we searched CH and found a company named DES TRADING LTD. However, since the broker did not present any information such as contact on its website, we could not verify the authenticity of Des Trading's registration.
Besides, as per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.
