DEUS claims to be registered in the UK, and regulated by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the National Futures Association (NFA). However, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against DEUS for providing financial services/products in the UK without their authorization. We searched for the company in the registries of the aforementioned US watchdogs, but was unable to locate a firm called DEUS. This means the claim is a false statement.
In essence, DEUS is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
