DIGICOINFX claims to be registered in the UK with registration number 11215654. We searched Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) and found a company named DIGICOIN LIMITED. However, CH is not a forex regulator. So having the registration or not does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against the scam in UK FCA.
The regulator issued a warning that DIGICOINFX was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that DIGICOINFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
