In an attempt to appear legitimate, Diluxmoon displays a certificate of incorporation issued by the Companies House (CH). However, we verified the certificate and discovered that it is a sham because the company number Diluxmoon claims belongs to another company which appears to have nothing to do with Diluxmoon.
Additionally, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has put Diluxmoon on its warning list as an unauthorized firm.
In essence, Diluxmoon is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
