    DowTrade claims to be an industry-leading financial service provider that adheres to the strictest European regulations, while not mentioning which European country it has regulations in. According to the tel number presented on this broker's website, this broker may locate in the United Kingdom. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to DowTrade in FCA. The truth is that DowTrade is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
