  • Apr 27, 2023 BrokersView has reviewed that DSIL is an unregulated broker

DSIL claims to be under various regulations, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). It also purports to be a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). However, we found that this broker is using a combination of true and false information to deceive unsuspecting investors, and our investigation doesn't support its legitimacy in forex markets. For example, we searched for it in the registers of the FCA, the CFTC, the NFA, the SFC, and the SIPC, but didn't find any matching records. Although we did find it in the SEC and FINRA registries, it is important to note that the CFTC and the NFA, as required by US law, are the very authorities to regulate futures and derivatives markets. In addition, the FCA has issued a warning against DSIL for it offering financial products or services without proper authorization.

In essence, DSIL is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
