DXJM claims it was founded in 2010 by a veteran management team with years of experience in the forex and technology industries and the company is based in the UK. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2022. So how could it start its business in 2010? It is a red flag here.
Besides, As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But we did not find any match results to DXJM in FCA. That means DXJM is not an approved broker to offer financial services in the UK.
What's more, DXJM claims to be registered in the China mainland with registration number: 13954706. But please be informed that there is currently no regulatory body regulating entities engaging in forex services in China mainland.
The truth is that DXJM is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
