Equity Option Trade claims to be authorized and regulated by the Securities Commission of the Florida. However, it is not an authority that regulates forex activities or issues forex licenses.
Equity Option Trade also claims to be a subsidiary of Equity Option Trade PLC, a firm authorized and regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) with registration number 434413. We searched the UK FCA and found the number belongs to another firm named Activrades Plc. That means this unlicensed broker is falsely using the regulatory information about a licensed firm.
