ETF Corp claims to be a licensed broker under multiple regulations, including:
1) the Financial Services Commission of Belize (Belize FSC or IFSC),
2) the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC),
3) the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC).
However, we did not find any results that matched this broker in IFSC, CySEC or Mauritius FSC. That means the broker is not authorized to provide financial services by the regulators.
Moreover, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that ETF Corp was not authorised to provide the investment services in Spain.
