ETFX claims to be operated by two companies - International (cyprus) ltd and Degrees Markets Ltd.
It claims that International (cyprus) ltd is regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, we did not find any matching results in CySEC.
Besides, it also claims that Degrees Markets Ltd is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA). But the regulator issued a warning that ETFX was an unlawful website.
The truth is that ETFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
