Evalmoon claims to be the trading name of Evalmoon LTD and registered in the Companies House (CH) under the company number 14419712.
However, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar for companies and has no legal authority to regulate forex activities. Additionally, it should be noted that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning against Evalmoon for its providing financial products or services in the UK without authorization.
The truth is, Evalmoon is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
