    EverMarketsFX claims to be operated by EverMarketsFX (Comoros) Ltd, a company supposedly licensed by the Luxembourg Services Authority as a financial services broker and intermediary, with number T2023236. However, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) denied the claim and issued a warning against the platform. The financial watchdog explicilty says the entity is not supervised by the CSSF and it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

    In essence, EverMarketsFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. 

    EverMarketsFX is unequivocally a scam.
