The company purports to be registered with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) under Reg number 2255LLC2022. However, according to the SVG FSA, this registration is in the process of being cancelled. Even if the registration were valid, this entity would still be unlicensed as its forex trading brokerage services are not licensed by the SVG FSA.
The customer service hotline begins with +44, implying a possible UK office. However, Exallt, or Fluxlogy LLC, hasn't complied with UK law by obtaining the necessary authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
In addition, its unlicensed provision of financial services has prompted a warning from the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
In essence, Exallt is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
