EXBANK claims to be operated by EXBANK Trading Services LLC, a compant that was incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, we searched Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and found no matching results. Besides, SVG FSA is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
In addition, the broker also mentions several forex regulators without presenting any information about its regulation.
According to its website, the broker has offices in Switzerland. However, we did not find any results that matched this broker in the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), which means the broker is not authorized to provide financial services in Switzerland.
