While there is a company CryptoBattles LLC, under this number, in the SVG FSA register, no official data can substantiate their association. Furthermore, the SVG FSA explicitly states that it neither issues licenses for forex trading brokerage activities nor regulates entities involved in such activities.
What's more, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added EXPERT MARKETS (XPERT MARKETS) to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
In essence, EXPERT MARKETS (XPERT MARKETS) is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
