ExpertFXtrades claims it is an independent, privately-owned fee-only investment management firm based in the United States since 2008 with offices in Turkey, Russia, Australia, and Dubai UAE. According to the above info, we did searching in several authorities, including:

1) The US National Futures Association (NFA);

2) The Turkish Capital Markets Committee (CMB);

3) The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA);

4) The Central Bank of the Russian Federation (CBRF).

However, we did not find any match results to ExpertFXtrades in the above watchdogs' registry.

Besides, ExpertFXtrades shows its registration certificate in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) with company number: 12472037. However, searching in CH, we found the company number belongs to another company named "CRYPTO MINING LTD" which has no connection with ExpertFXtrades. Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.

As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. Searching ExpertFXtrades in FCA, we only found this broker has already been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services and products without authorization. That means ExpertFXtrades is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
