  • Dec 01, 2025 BrokersView has reviewed that fxcg.com is an unregulated broker

According to its website, it claims to be subject to multiple regulations. We checked its claim against the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority authorizations (CIMA). Our investigation revealed that CIMA does not specify whether the URL is fxcg.com, and the ASIC issued a warning about fxcg.com, alleging that the company may be providing financial services or products without proper authorization, stating that fxcg.com is impersonating an ASIC-registered company. Furthermore, a closer comparison reveals that its website domain and logo even steal the logo and name of the compliant company, FXCG, while simultaneously claiming to be Capstone Global Australia Pty Ltd on its website. Clearly, fxcg.com is misappropriating the information of two compliant companies in an attempt to impersonate them and deceive investors.

In fact, fxcg.com is not regulated by any authority. Therefore, fxcg.com is a scam.
