But Deriv Investments (Europe) Limited operates the broker Deriv (https://deriv.com/), which is different from Fake Deriv (https://deriv.me/), so Fake Deriv is essentially a Deriv clone. The truth is that Fake Deriv is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
