Broker violations and abnormal records
FarallonFX claims to be owned and operated by Machuk LLC, a company in Republic of the Marshall Islands, registration number: 965995, offering wide range of financial services, including Crypto, Forex, Indices, Commodities and more instruments in global markets.
We did find a Machuk LLC in the Marshall Islands company registration, but the Marshall Islands does not regulate financial derivatives brokerage services.
The truth is that FarallonFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
