Apr 20, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that FERGOFX is an Unregulated Forex Broker
FERGOFX claims it is a UK-based broker with registration in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) with company number: 13874692 and it is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, when we searched in CH, we found the company number belongs to a company named "STCM LTD" which has no connection with FERGOFX.
What's more, searching FERGOFX in FCA, we only found this broker had already been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without authorization. That means FERGOFX is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
