    FerratumCapital claims to be owned and operated by Parity Group LLC, a company registered with St. Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number: 1696LLC2021. We indeed found a match result to Parity Group LLC in SVG FSA. But please be informed that SVG FSA is not a financial regulator that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex trading.

    More importantly, the Romania Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) issued a warning against both Parity Group LLC and FerratumCapital for being not authorized by the Financial Supervision Authority to provide investment services and activities according to the provisions of Law no. 126/2018 regarding financial instruments.

    The truth is, FerratumCapital is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
