Ironically, we found out that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning about Finstera, and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has also issued a warning about Finstera for the lack of required authorization.
In essence, Finstera is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Finstera appears to be a scam.
