More concerningly, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Fintiwall for unauthorized solicitation of British investors.
In essence, Fintiwall is not regulated by any financial authority. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard assets.
