FisherForex displays logos of recognized financial regulators at the bottom on its homepage including the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB), the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), and the Financial Services Authority Seychelles (FSA Seychelles) to imply that it might have association with these agencies and to appear legitimate. However, our search for this broker in the registries of the authorities thereof proves that it is using these images to create an impression of being regulated so that it can fool unsuspecting investors. In addition, the CNMV has added FisherForex to its warning list for offering investment services illegally.
In essence, FisherForex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
