FogFXLt.trade claims to operated by Fog Fx Ltd., a company registered with the Companies House (CH) under company number 14538424 and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with registration number 40356. Although we verified its CH registration number is real, it is important to note that a certificate of incorporation is not a license for operating legally in financial markets. This broker is required to obtain authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before offering financial products or services in the UK. However, the FCA has issued a warning against it, confirming it illegitimacy. In addition, we checked the VFSC number FogFXLt.trade provides and found that it belongs to another real firm. This means that it is using details of another legitimate company to appear legal.

In essence, FogFXLt.trade is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
