ForexDana claims to operate as Forexdana Trading LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and asserts it has obtained a Money Services Business (MSB) registration from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC). However, our investigation reveals that no such entity is listed in the official registries of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, FINTRAC, or the U.S. FinCEN database.
This lack of verifiable registration raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of ForexDana’s operations. It is also important to note that even if registration were confirmed, none of these authorities regulate forex trading activities.
Therefore, ForexDana appears to be unlicensed by any regulator. It is very likely to be a scam.
