Broker violations and abnormal records

May 04, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that FSDS Global is an Unregulated Forex Broker
FSDS Global claims that it is regulated by NFA under the license number 0547899. When we searched on the NFA Registry, we found it is not an NFA Member.
FSDS Global claims it is a award-winning financial service provider, especially it is awarded the best foreign exchange broker in 2011. However, we found the its domain is exclusively created in 11 April 2022. That is to say, the company won awards before its establishment. This is unbelievable.
FSDS Global shows that it is supervised by the British government and its company number is 13453338. We do find a match result to FSDS Global in the register of the Companies House. However, the Companies House doesn’t regulate any forex activities of UK companies, it is the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that supervises currency activities in the UK market. When we searched on the FCA registry, we found no registration results.
On its "Legal declaration", FSDS Global says it is one of the leading high-quality foreign exchange trading brokers in Australia. However, it gets no authorization to provide financial investment activities in Australia as we found no results matching with FSDS Global in ASIC - the Australian regulator.
Based on the above information, we can conclude that FSDS Global is a scam.
