Although the company says it is registered in New Zealand and the British Virgin Islands. In New Zealand, Fullerton Markets Limited is listed on the Financial Service Providers (FSP) Register, but this is only a business registration, it does not mean the company is licensed or supervised by the financial authority there.
We also checked the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) website, and could not find Fullerton Markets in their list of regulated companies. This means the platform likely has no real financial license.
More importantly, the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) issued a warning against Fullerton Markets International Limited that this firm may possibly be a clone operating an illegal investment scheme and carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities.
