FUNDSTRADEFX claims to be a legitimate company by displaying a certificate of incorporation from the Companies House (CH). However, investors must bear in mind that the CH only serves as a registrar of companies in the UK and does not possess the authority to issue forex licenses and regulate entities involved in such activities. Mere registration with the CH doesn't grant authorization to legally offer financial services or products. More importantly, we searched for this company in the CH register but found no matching records. This means FUNDSTRADEFX falsely claims to be registered with the CH. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), a recognized UK financial watchdog, issued a warning against this broker, stating that FUNDSTRADEFX is operating in the absence of proper authorization.
