    FuslonFx claims to be a trade name of Top Markets Ltd registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Exchange Commission under Hong Kong Exchange Code Number 25805. However, there is no such authority in Hong Kong and FuslonFx's operations are required to be regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). However, our search for this broker in the SFC register didn't yield any results. This means that FuslonFx is operating outside the regulatory framework. In addition, the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has ordered FuslonFx's website to be blacked out since it offers financial services illegally.
