However, upon investigation, we didn't find any relevent information in the ASIC. Otherwise, the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) issued a warning that FX Nexus was providing finacial services or products without authorisation.
In addition, FX Nexus located in the Northern Ireland, but there is no matching information was found in the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
The truth is that FX Nexus is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
