    FxbinaPro claims to be authorized and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as a MiFID firm and holds a Category 3 Investment Services License (License No.:IS/56519). However, when we searched in MFSA, we only found a warning against this broker for not being authorized and regulated by MFSA as a MiFID firm and holding a Category 3 Investment Services Licence. The truth is that FxbinaPro is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
