  • Apr 14, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that FXBIT-INCOM is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    FXBIT-INCOM shows its office address is in the United States. So we did searching in the US regulator National Futures Association (NFA). However, we did not find any match results to FXBIT-INCOM in NFA. That means FXBIT-INCOM is not an approved broker to offer financial services in the US.

    Besides, FXBIT-INCOM claims it is authorized and regulated by multiple authorities, including:

    1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA);

    2) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC);

    3) The Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA).

    However, we did not find any match results to FXBIT-INCOM in ASIC and FSCA. What's more, searching FXBIT-INCOM in FCA, we found this broker had already been blacklisted for offering financial services and products without authorization. That means FXBIT-INCOM is not regulated by any authorities. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
