FXECM claims to "Put the clients first in 1999". However, we found its domain was created in 2022. How could it start the business before this year? It is a red flag.
Without presenting any information about its regulation, the broker only offers an address in the UK. We searched National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States but found no matching results. And there were no financial reports of this company in U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). All in all, this broker is not regulated in the USA.
