According to its website, it is to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the FCA, CNMV, and CySEC.
