Fxminin claims to be owned by F X CONSULTANTS LTD, a company registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), company number: 08394821. We searched CH and found the company, but CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this broker in UK FCA.
